Notification Delta Lloyd NV in respect of the law of May 2, 2007 on the disclosure of large shareholdings in issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market

On January 11, 2012 Van de Velde NV received a notification from Delta Lloyd NV, informing us that on date of January 10, 2012 they no longer reach the statutory threshold of 3% (see enclosure).
